For each dish, Jevan suggests the menu price that holds its margin. You decide, and you change prices in your register.
Step 4 · Menu engineering
Every dish gets a verdict.
Jevan places each costed dish by how often it sold and what it earned over the last 30 days. Dishes without a recipe are counted, never guessed.
Promote
Earns well, sells rarely. Feature it, or have servers suggest it.
Keep
Earns well and sells often. Keep it consistent and easy to find.
Rework
Earns little and sells rarely. Change the dish or take it off.
Reprice
Sells often on a thin margin. Raise the price or trim the recipe.
