You must be 13 or older. If you open a kitchen account, you must have authority to bind that restaurant.

Reading a menu without an account is still use of the service. Signing in with Google or email is the extra step for saved taste and loyalty.

Jevan is a USA restaurant product. Guests scan a table QR, read a digital menu, and may see dishes ranked by city, cuisine, and listed allergens. Kitchens publish menus and print one QR per table.

A diner may send a kitchen ticket from the phone. The bill still comes to the table. Forecasts stay empty until a kitchen has confirmed real tickets. Jevan is not a restaurant, not a doctor, and not a payment app.

Diners and kitchen staff sign in with Google or an email and password. Keep control of that account. Do not share a kitchen login. The first person who signs in on Kitchen and names a restaurant becomes owner of that kitchen. Cooks join when that owner sends a Resend invite bound to that restaurant.

Do not scrape menus to harm a restaurant, invent tickets, or present Jevan ranks as a medical or allergen safety claim. Do not reverse engineer the ranking or forecast models. Do not use Jevan outside the United States.

Kitchens must list ingredients and allergens in good faith. Those lists can be wrong or out of date. Ask the restaurant about allergies.

Your palate answers belong to you. You let us use them to rank dishes and, if you sign in, to remember them across restaurants.

A kitchen owns its menu copy and photos. It lets us show that menu at the table and store it to run recommendations.

Customer data belongs to the diner or the kitchen that supplied it. We take only the license needed to run Jevan. See the privacy policy.

Jevan owns the product, the marks, and the ranking and forecast systems. You get a limited license to use the site as offered.

Restaurants pay $50 per location per month. We do not charge a transaction fee until diners can send an order from the phone. We will post price changes on this site before they apply.

Guests do not pay Jevan to read a menu.

The sample table at /r/home-table/1 is a Jevan product trial, not a listed restaurant. Pilot kitchens stay unnamed here until they ask to be public.

We do not promise uptime. Maintenance can take the site down. Rankings can miss. Forecasts can stay empty.

Allergen filters never make a dish safe. You and the restaurant handle allergy risk.

To the fullest extent US law allows, Jevan is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect harm. Our total liability is limited to the fees that kitchen paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if no fee was paid.

You will cover Jevan if your use, your menu, or your content causes a third-party claim, including a claim that listed allergens were wrong.

You can stop using Jevan at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms. After closure we may keep order history the kitchen still needs.

These terms follow United States law. The state of formation for Jevan is not set on this page yet.

We will post material changes here. If you keep using the service after the new date, you accept the new terms.
